Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you discover an error in your address, please contact us at promptly before the shipment is handed over to the courier. Once a shipment departs from our facility, we are unable to intervene in the shipping process, and our liability also ceases.

In instances where an order is returned due to address issues such as unavailability, no-shows, or abandonment, the client will bear the full cost of return shipping, along with a restocking fee.


We partner with reliable and reputable courier services; nevertheless, occasional shipping errors can occur. Our couriers have customer-focused procedures in place to assist our clients. Please note that after an item is shipped, we relinquish control over courier services. When a shipment is marked as delivered, it has reached its final destination. If, for any reason, you haven't received the shipment despite the delivery status, please promptly contact the courier to initiate an inquiry. Subsequently, send us an email at with your reference number and concerns. We will then liaise with our shipping broker to conduct further investigations. In cases where an inquiry is opened, it may take some time, so we kindly request your patience until the courier concludes their investigation before we can take further action.

Domestic: Shipping time varies for each recipient's location, but typically items are to be expected 3–7 business days after receiving notification of shipment. Expedited shipping may take 1 to 2 business days within Ontario.

International: Vivid Shyne is not responsible for any customs or duty fees outside of Canada. Shipping time varies depending on the recipient's location. Items may be delivered within 5-7 business days.
