Retrun Policy
We use reasonable care in purchasing, testing, and inspecting our products before they are sold to our clients, so therefore, if a product leaves us, we are certain that this would not cause any harm or damage to you or your property. Furthermore, we inspect every product before it is shipped out to the address provided by the client.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, which are considered "personal care and hygiene goods", we cannot accept returns, once the product has left our distribution center and has been received by you, the customer. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of our customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon arrival we will inspect the product to verify if the product(s) qualify for a refund. Please bear in mind that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Point of sale purchases
Products that are sold in-person need to be inspected by the client before accepting to complete the purchase of the product. After an agreement has been reached and the product has been accepted by the customer we CANNOT take the product back due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
In an exceptional case as stated under damages and issues, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you then make a separate purchase for the new item.

refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back.
